Pop-Up Clinics

Run3D is on the move!

We’re thrilled to announce exclusive, limited-time pop-up clinics across the country!

In partnership with local clinics and events, Run3D is hosting one-day-only sessions with limited slots. This is your chance to experience our gold-standard gait analysis close to home.

What is a pop-up clinic? It's exactly as the name suggests, a clinic that 'pops-up' for only a short period of time. You will receive the same assessment as you would at one of our partner clinics, but in a location that does not yet offer our Run3D and Walk3D services.

Our team will set up a local clinic, provide our exclusive services, and then head home again.

How do you book into a pop-up clinic?

Booking is easy. Just select your pop-up clinic of choice, choose a time, pay and you're all booked in. Any questions, just ask us!

Low back pain, hip osteoarthritis, hamstring tendinopathy, patellofemoral pain, iliotibial band syndrome, knee osteoarthritis, medial tibial stress syndrome, calf pain, Achilles tendinopathy, plantar fasciitis, reduced mobility.

How do Run3D and Walk3D help?

By taking scientific measures of your gait and biomechanical function, we can fully understand why you are moving in a certain way and provide you with a data-driven treatment plan.

Our approach enables us to:

- Accurately identify the root-cause of your pain or injury, which is the first step to a successful treatment plan.
- Recommend data-driven rehabilitation protocols on the basis of precise data.

"Run3D and Walk3D are like an MRI of how you move. All the measurement techniques are really advanced and I felt as if, finally, someone was taking a scientific approach to my problems instead of guess work."
Fay Barrington, Oxfordshire

What is 3D gait analysis?

3D gait analysis uses special infrared cameras to precisely measure how your pelvis, hips, knees and ankles are moving as you walk or run.

It is the same technology that is used at specialist orthopaedic hospitals and research gait laboratories, and represents the industry gold-standard for measuring how a person moves.

3D gait analysis enables us to objectively identify abnormal patterns and asymmetries in your walking and running gait. This information is used to create data-driven rehabilitation advice and optimise your treatment pathway.

"Run3D identified the root-cause of my injury, now I'm armed with the tools to rectify it."
Jo Pavey, five-times Olympian.

How much does it cost?

The 60-minute Run3D or Walk3D appointment at a pop-up clinic costs £295.

The assessment includes: 3D gait analysis, musculoskeletal testing, report review and recommendations.

After the assessment, you will be sent a report of your results and a summary letter explaining what was discussed during your appointment.
